YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA

WeekPact is an independently operated app for shared goals and weekly check-ins. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. “WeekPact,” “we” and “us” refer to the app’s operator.
Information we use
- Account information: your email address, authentication records and display name let you sign in and use your account. Your password is handled by our authentication provider.
- Optional profile information: you may add a surname and profile photo. Photos are resized and re-encoded before upload; the app does not need access to your entire photo library.
- Crew activity: crew membership, invitations, goals, check-ins and dates support shared progress and streaks. Crew timezone determines the days and weeks used for progress.
- Optional notifications: if you enable them, we store a device push token, platform, account/session association and delivery records to send crew activity updates.
- Technical and support information: our service providers may process IP addresses, request logs and diagnostic information to run and protect the service. If you contact us, we receive the information you include.
Who can see your information
Crew members can see information needed for shared activity, including member email addresses, goals and check-ins. A verified invitation recipient can preview the invited crew’s members and goals before joining. Notifications may show a member’s display name and goal activity on a recipient’s lock screen. Profile photos are currently stored privately for the account that uploaded them.
Supabase provides authentication, database and photo storage. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers optional push notifications. Amazon SES sends crew invitation emails. Account verification and password-reset emails use the configured authentication email service. Google processes support messages sent to our Gmail address. Providers process information needed to deliver these services and may process it outside your country.
Your choices
Photo and surname are optional. You can disable notifications in Account → Notifications or in your device settings. You can leave a crew, and you can request access to or correction of your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to portability, restriction or objection, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
We use information to provide the service you request, maintain its security and respond to support requests. Optional photo access and push permissions are under your control. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising tracking.
Account deletion and retention
Choose Account → Delete account in the app. This is also available during profile setup. After confirming with your password, your account and associated live app data are deleted, including your photo, memberships, check-ins, invitations and notification registrations.
Goals you created are deleted too, including other members’ check-ins attached to those goals. If you own a crew, ownership passes to its longest-standing remaining member. If no members remain, the crew is deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.
Information is otherwise retained while needed to operate your account and the service. Backups, security logs and support correspondence may remain for their applicable retention periods or where legally required; these are not restored into an active account as part of ordinary use. Contact us for questions about retained records. Leaving a crew alone does not delete your account or historical check-ins.
